A month ago I blogged about Sassy Spring Scarves, and mentioned a darling scarf from Ginger Pinks. Since that time I have been planning a wonderful giveaway with Janese—GP’s owner, operator, and accessory maven!
Janese has been so gracious and kind enough to offer not one, but THREE, lightweight scarves for our current Winsday promotion! These scarves are timeless and transcend any season; summer, winter, rain, or sunlight, a scarf is the perfect accessory for your outfit.
Q&A With Janese
1. How long has Ginger Pinks been in operation? Do you have a brick & mortar store, or are all of your sales transactions completed online?
Ginger Pinks has been in operation since the launch of our website on February 12, 2010. Our merchandise is available online and at one of our shopping events in New York City.
2. You sell a host of accessories! Which accessory is your favorite to add to your outfit (purse, jewelry, scarf, headband)?
How do I choose? I love wearing jeans and a t-shirt with a statement making necklace. You can find me in a blazer and scarf. When I am wearing a dress I am usually wearing a chunky bracelet or cocktail ring. My bag is a staple so I make sure it captures my signature style. Every accessory has its time to shine.
3. You’re going on a trip. Aside from the obvious things you must pack (toothbrush, undergarments, clothing), what three things accompany you on most of your getaways?
A scarf that is generous enough to keep you warm on the plane, covered on the beach and fashionable enough to wear while going shopping, a signature necklace, and of course a clutch for an evening out.

This Winsday giveaway begins Monday, May 24th, 2010 at 12:00AM PST and ends on Monday, May 31st, 2010 at 11:59PM PST. The contest is open to all US residents ages 13+. Three winners will be selected; winners will be contacted via email. A valid email address is required by all winners. Winners have 24 hours to respond to the Winsday Winner email; otherwise a new winner will be selected. Scarves will be awarded by a first “emailed” first served basis (i.e. first winner to contact me will have their choice from 3 scarves, second winner to contact me will have their choice from two scarves, and the third winner will receive the last scarf). Scarves will be mailed using United States Postal Service and a mailing address is NEEDED in order for your scarf to be shipped to you. All packages will be mailed by Janese of Ginger Pinks.
