I honestly thought spring break would never arrive. My school district ended up having a late break, and I’m pretty sure all students and teachers were going crazy!

I will be studying abroad in Rome this semester, and I was wondering how I could pack sensibly without going overboard. I’ve never been away for this long and the weather will be changing from winter to spring. How can I pack one suitcase (plus carry on) worth of clothing to last me four months? And I want to dress cute while I’m over there.

Well, as you can see this denim shirt is a travel staple for me! This is the second day I’ve worn it and after I wash it this evening I’ll be able to wear it some more next week.
Thing 1: I tied the bottom half and I’m not sure I like it. I do NOT like drawing attention to my behind and I think this look totally does that. Better luck next time!
Thing 2: I purchased two of these Target dresses for $17 and they are comfy, comfy, comfy. They are sized for teens, so if you decide to purchase them you can go up a size.
Well, we’re off to a festa (a religious festival celebrated by a village…basically a big party). Have a great weekend!
I’ve blogged via my iPhone, so hopefully the formatting is okay!
